Mayday League is a free game made by Goodspring LLC. Playing it means you accept these terms; if you don't, please don't play.

Yours to play, ours to own

The game, its code, art, music and name are © 2026 Goodspring LLC, apart from third-party parts used under their own licences (listed in Options, Credits). You may play it and share links to it. You may not copy, rehost, sell or reverse engineer it, or put it on another site, without our written permission.

No money in it

Credits, ranks, badges, stakes and purses in the game are for play. They have no cash value, can't be bought, sold or exchanged, and may be reset at any time.

Flashing lights

The game has flashing lights and fast motion (lasers, lightning, fireworks, the sonic boom). If you have photosensitive epilepsy, or feel dizzy or unwell while playing, stop and rest.

Play fair

Don't interfere with the game or the sites that host it, or use them to break the law.

As it is

The game is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. It may change, pause or stop at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Goodspring LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the game, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid to play it.

On game portals

Where you play on a portal (such as CrazyGames), the portal's own terms apply too.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Goodspring LLC is organised and of the United States. Nothing in them takes away rights the law where you live gives you as a consumer.
